STAGE 1 REMAPPING

STAGE 2 REMAPPING
For those who want something more than the stage 1, we have the option of a stage 2 custom remap which builds on the stage 1 by addition of an upgraded exhaust and or inlet. Typically in a Diesel vehicle a stage 2 upgrade will include a modified exhaust, On a Petrol vehicle a stage 2 upgrade will be mainly a full upgrade exhaust or cat back system and modified intake.
ECONOMY MAP
If you're looking to save money on fuel while still gaining sharper throttle response, reduced turbo lag along with additional power and torque then an economy engine remap is the product for you!
Our economy remap software is developed to work on a standard vehicle maintaining manufacturer levels of reliability and original service intervals.
POP & BANG MAPPING
We change the software in your ECU so that it does not cut off fuel immediately after you lift your foot off the throttle pedal. This means that some fuel is injected even when you are not pressing the pedal.
Secondly, also during deceleration, we retard ignition timing. This change causes the flame front to spread later than it would usually, which means that part of the combustion is happening as the exhaust valve is opening and that the cylinder is no longer the only location where the flame front spreads.
DPF DELETE
Improved MPG – when the DPF filter is removed the car breathes easier and fuel is not wasted on regeneration
Improved Performance – you may have noticed a decrease in performance over time. Without the restriction in the exhaust system of a blocked DPF, the car will perform much better again.
No more limp modes - The ECU can cause the engine to go into Limp Mode to limit potential damage if there is a DPF regeneration failure, which would have meant another expensive garage visit

EGR DELETE

A malfunctioning Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve can cause various issues, including poor engine performance (rough idle, stalling, lack of power), increased fuel consumption, and engine knocking or pinging. Avoid costly EGR replacements which can run into hundreds of pounds. Utilizing our EGR Delete software can lead to significant savings on repairs and expenses. We specialize in EGR Removal and EGR Bypass software, ensuring the proper removal of functionality from most ECU types. Unlike some companies that merely disable error codes related to disconnection, we ensure the EGR valve is fully disabled, preventing it from attempting to recirculate exhaust gases while still operational in the engine.
ADBLUE DELETE
Our Adblue delete add on is a software solution to remove the Adblue system from the ECU, this will remove the software structures and fault codes from the ecu software in relation to the Adblue system. This makes the ECU (engine control unit) not look for these structures or fault codes in relation to the AdBlue system.
Once this software is applied the Adblue system will not continue to function unless or when the vehicle is returned to Stock/Original
FAULT CODE DELETE
Permanently removing fault codes from the engine management system is a very useful process when modifying to enhance the performance of a vehicle. Removing components such as swirl flaps, EGR valves, other modules for purpose of performance modifications or motorsport will often cause a DTC fault code to be stored in the ECU memory along with illumination of lights on the dash and limp mode activated. By recoding the ECU data and permanently removing the specific fault code we can prevent the dash lights from being displayed and prevent the vehicle from entering limp mode.
